Looks really can be deceiving. I was nervous about leaving my car at what looked like just another ordinary mechanic, but I was surprised by the quality of the work and the skill of the staff. A problem that had dragged on through three mechanics was solved there. The car stayed in the workshop longer than usual, but what really matters is having the problem solved for good. Auto Prata is a multi-brand workshop on Rua de João Pedro Ribeiro, in Porto — mechanics, bodywork and paint under one roof, with our own paint booth.

Yes. Pre-inspection with brake and suspension tests on our own bench, and whatever needs fixing done here.
It depends on the problem — a hard fault can take longer than usual, and we'd rather solve it for good. Ask for the date when you drop the car off.
Monday to Friday, 9:00–13:00 and 14:00–19:00. Closed at weekends.
